If you’re working for a company and one day you are absent from work and your boss has taken a meeting, or you have attended your company head meeting, but you are not mentally present there, and you have ignored that this may not be as important as others, and at the end, the manager told you that this was an important meeting for you guys, and after that, you should start the project.
Now you came to your seat and were worried because everyone was working well and was busy with their work. You are thinking, “I feel dumb at work.” It may also be possible that you do not know what the problem is behind your feeling dumb at work. I have given only the condition above.

Introduction
Now you can also ask yourself why I am feeling lost at work. One thing that’s very important for you to understand is that everyone has such problems in life, but they learn how to manage them easily. So this is very important for this reason.
There is another thought that can be created in your mind that you should leave this job; you are not eligible for it. But the interesting part is that, first, you should know why you should leave the job. So when you know, there are most likely chances that you will try to resolve problems instead of leaving your job. These are all issues I have faced with my client colleagues. And I will try my best to resolve them.
So I have created this blog to recognize and resolve that type of problem.
So let’s start the blog.
Acknowledging the Signs: Why Do I Feel Dumb at Work?
There are some of the following reasons due to that you’re feeling stupid during your work.
Comparison With Others
Sometimes, when you go into the office for the first time, all the clients that are present are busy with their work. You may feel stupid if you go with them. So try not to compare with them.
Self doubt
This is one of the reasons that’s often happening with my friends. They join their new job and work for some time, then say, I can’t do this. It is very difficult for me to do this job. Some are so innocent that they go to work the first day and then leave the job by saying, “I can’t do this job.”
Difficulty Accepting Praise

Fear of Failure
Physical symptoms of stress
Strategies to Overcome Feeling Self-Stupid
Focus on Collaboration, not Competition
Focus on your goal.
Self-confidence
There should be confidence in you that you can only do this. Once you have entered into any type of project, make sure you will never leave it unless you achieve success. So give all your efforts, and as a result, you get success.
Try your job or work to learn and earn wisely, not for fun.
Practice Gratitude
Gratitude is one of those things that makes you happy and successful when you receive praise from anyone. It may be your boss or your partner. You should always accept praise and criticism from others. Try to live open-minded to receiving anything. Don’t take things seriously that discourage you. Always accept good things, like appreciation, at work.
And try to improve your faults if required by what others have told you or that you have noticed. Before doing that, you should be self-aware about yourself.
Got appreciation is a fuel for humans like petrol for vehicles.
Visualize Success
Instead of being worried about what will happen if you fail in your projects or tasks, you should imagine what will happen if you succeed in life. Success is one of those types that will give you inner motivation. Your inner motivation can only help you to do any task, even if it’s too difficult. Don’t listen to those who say you can’t do this.
I think these are the types of people from whom you can avoid them, as they transfer negative energy into yourself or become deaf at these types of voices.

Colleagues and mentors
Always keep a good connection with those who may help you as a mentor. They may help to complete any type of task or project.
Also, have a good relationship with your colleagues because they are your best partners at work or in your office. And it’s possible they are involved in all projects with you. You can’t achieve success without a team.
Constructive Self-Assessment
Reflect on your strengths and weaknesses in your life. If you’re well aware of your faults and goodness, that may help you make better decisions before starting any type of project.
